As the laps winded down at the Accord Speedway on Friday night, The Jeffer once again proved to be the fastest car on the track in the later stages, turning his quickest time of the night on lap 28.

After completing the pass for 6th after a long, side-by-side, 10+ lap battle, the Academy Transmission 2a simply ran out of time to make a move for a top 5 finish and settled for a 6th place finish.

The Jeffer and the Schrufer Racing team will look to keep the momentum up heading into Wednesday’s “Crazy 8s” Short Track Super Series event at the i88 Speedway. The Jeffer currently sits 3rd in the overall point standings of the 6 race, $10,000+ to win series.
